Our Story
Ronda thinks her story of the beginning of 4HM is simple, and she maybe correct…but be also find it powerful as well as inspirational.
Well into her entrepreneurial life she entered the world of black beauty supply retail. She found a way to overcome the bias of an industry that Korean controlled and figured out the key to finding the name brand products that she was told she would never be able to acquire.
Not, only did she get acquire the reseller accounts with the major Korean owned distributor companies but she was able to help other struggling black owned business in securing their accounts. Now, 20+ years later she has expanded her retail stores to Europe and is planning more growth overseas in the coming years.

We say that Fred(who keeps his head bald) knows more about hair than any man in this profession. He sees every day that a women’s hair is her crown and glory and works hard everyday to make sure every woman has the right choice for her beauty needs.
Sydney Berry

Sydney’s been “working” in the business since she was in elementary school. She started out cleaning the store and now after graduating from college is handling the finances for 4 locations and all of our popup locations.
